We’ve now seen Dr. Paras twice at Trafalgar Family Dental, and both experiences have been exceptional. The first time, he accommodated us on extremely short notice and was incredibly gentle and reassuring with my son. He took the time to speak to him kindly, repeatedly telling him how brave he was, which made a huge difference in helping him feel safe and calm. Our second visit was just as impressive. Once again, they went out of their way to fit us in with very little notice, booking us for the very next day. Dr. Paras even suggested we come in early in case additional treatment was needed, showing how thoughtful and proactive he is with his patients’ care. Very lucky to find Sim for my 6-year-old son, who had been very anxious to all dental treatments. My son was suggested to receive a general anesthesia for filling and extracting some bad teeth, estimated cost of 4000-5000NZD by a private dental clinic. What’s more, I was so worried about the risk of general anesthesia for such young kid. These all come to a happy solution when my son was finally referred to Sim. With cost of sedation only, my son’s teeth were all settled well. Even a back tooth supposed to be extracted was saved to work longer, hopefully until a new adult tooth pops. This encouraged me to revisit Sim for my own dental treatment, which again proves to be a remarkable experience with pain free, thoughtful advice as well as best results.
